Since Alfons Bürgin founded the Firm in 1921, it has dedicated itself to the production of sweets.
Bürgin's son David took over the firm in the 1950s.
The traditional Autumn Fair has been the major customer for the delicious sweets for decades.

In 1993, the business was sold to Vincent Flury, who founded the Sweet Basel AG in 1999. During the last thirteen years the number of goods that were produced increased continually. In 2004 a shop was set up in Basel.

With the private brand Nougat de B‰le, a relevant part of the business volume is achieved. With the production of Rock Candies, the tradition of the sugar handcraft is cultivated and further developed.
It is the goal of our small business to realise innovative ideas and aim at further growth through high quality.
