They belong to the good old times, when many goods were still handmade. The Mässmocken are still produced the same way they were fifty years ago.
The still warm, cooked sugar is pulled by hand in numerous passes, cut and put together again, until the famous stripes become visible. The mass is put into a cone machine where the hazelnut filling is added.
In the embossing machine, the Mässmocken get their final form.
