They belong to the good old times when many goods were still handmade. The Rock Candy is today compounded the same way it was 50 years ago. The still warm, cooked sugar is conglomerated in numerous passes until the desired colour and form are attained. The thus manufactured blank weighs 40 kg. After that, the mass of sugar is pulled with suede gloves. Long stacks are formed and cut into little candies with an old machine from Dresden, Germany. This is the reason for the sometimes slightly irregular form. The final product is now sorted and boxed according to the wishes of the customer.
Composition: Sugar, glucose, citric acid, flavours, food colouring.
